so trailers on youtube are now copyright!?

well.. i have received three e-mails on youtube and have had my account now banned permanently all because i uploaded three trailers (epic movie trailer, simpsons movie trailer and 28 weeks later trailer).. i had lots of personal videos on there that i had deleted from my computer.. i tried to resolve the problem by making a new account.. i made it under the same e-mail adress and without an e-mail notifying me they closed down my new account saying it had been permanently disabled due to copyright infringement.. i had uploaded no videos yet and had subscribed to five people and added one friend.. how is this copyright?
i cant get into contact with youtube because they have a crap contact us button on their site which has no help at all or not even a contact e-mail adress to contact them personally on.. i would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this problem!... the e-mails i were sent are below

video description: we went up silver bridge yesterday(05/05/07) and it was really cold so thats why we were only doing the small jumps but they are still pretty high, the jumps in the video are small compared to the ones we usually do, we are going up again soon so il post the new video which i will make as a response so keep checkign back my channel or subscribe ;)
